Anti-scam Policy

MEDIACORP'S ONLINE LINKS POLICY

  1. Introduction

    Given the rise in phishing scams involving clickable links in mass communications to the public, (for example, emails and other forms of communications), Mediacorp has adopted this policy on service-related communications (the “Policy”).

  2. What we do and how

    1. Mediacorp currently uses emails only for service-related communications to our subscribers, audiences and/or users (the “Communications”).

      This Policy will be updated from time to time to reflect any other form of service-related communications that Mediacorp may adopt or use hereafter. Please do check in from time to time for updates.

    2. When Mediacorp sends out any Communication:

      • the emails from Mediacorp will be sent from these domains, and all links in the email body will point to their respective domains.

  3. What we do NOT do

    • We will never request for upfront payments to our products and services over any of out Communications, or any form of emails, messages or SMSes.

    • We will never advertise any job position nor solicit for job applications on social media messaging platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.

    • We will never request for upfront payments on any site that is not operated by Mediacorp, EXCEPT FOR:

      • The Wonder Shop also sends out payment links for phone orders made over its hotline: 6373 9898. Payment links will only be sent by SMS from Sender ID “WonderShop”. Payment links will contain The Wonder Shop’s official domain as follows: https://wondershop.sg/payment/order/xxxx.

      Please verify the domain on your browser before making any payment. If in doubt, do approach our team for further information before making any form of payment.
